Our Heidelberg TOK offset single colour press is used for envelope printing, docket book work

and other small format press work. With specialised feeder attachments, it can feed down to finished business cards, useful for overprinting pre-printed shells. We can also feed very small envelopes, seed packets, and small invitations and bereavement cards, and other odd size card which no digital printer or copier will handle. We overprint a lot of business reply DLE envelopes and church offering envelopes. With online numbering, this press handles numbered carbonless docket books, raffle tickets, etc.

 Our Heidelberg QM46 two colour offset press handles stock up to oversize A3 and although not designed for full colour printing, it handles two and three spot colour printing with ease. It is efficient and economical for longer copying jobs, and is a more economical option than digital printing for runs in one or two colours. This press handles the majority of our printing. The QM46 with our computer-to-plate system gives an efficient and very acceptable quality method of printing short to medium runs.
